Terms and Conditions
In respect of Home Products Basketware Ltd, The Watermill, 16-18 Water Lane, Cromford, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 3QH also termed as The Company. Our trading terms (detailed below) are operated on the basis that we provide an efficient service and trade fairly; In return we expect due consideration from our customers.
ALL ORDERS ARE TAKEN ON A PROFORMA BASIS. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH HOME PRODUCTS Basketware ltd YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
DELIVERED ORDER TERMS
United Kingdom (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands):
The minimum delivered order is £125 nett, which attracts a small order surcharge please ring for charges.
The minimum FREE DELIVERY order is £400 nett.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and Overseas:
Scottish Highlands and Islands carriage will be quoted depending on size and weight of the consignment.
Delivery direct to certain European countries (listing available from the company) may be offered.
All other overseas orders can be delivered to any mainland Britain port/shipping agent, whereupon overseas customers will be required to make their own exporting arrangements.
Prompt Payment Discounts
(payment within terms agreed)
Pro Forma/C.O.D. Order value:
£500+ nett attracts 5% discount.
£1000+ nett attracts 10% discount.
CASH AND CARRY (C&C) TERMS:
The minimum CASH AND CARRY order is £125 nett. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
Nett order value:
£300 attracts 10% discount.
£500 attracts 15% discount.
£1000 attracts 20% discount.
Payment
Payment may be made by online banking, by credit/ debit card (we do not keep card details) or by cash (for C&C).
Direct Containers
Home Products Basketware Ltd offer 20′ and 40′ direct container shipping, which will be quoted on an individual basis.
BEspoke Items
Home Products Basketware Ltd can provide items on a bespoke basis. Quoted prices are guaranteed for 28 days and a 50% deposit is required to initiate the manufacturing process. All orders must be paid for in full before delivery/on collection of the goods, which must be within 7 days of landing in UK.
Price & V.A.T.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be charged at prices ruling at date of purchase. Prices quoted are exclusive of value added tax.
Credit
Credit facilities, where given, will be strictly 30 days from invoice date. Late payment will result in withholding dispatches, withdrawal of special offers, withdrawal of any discounts offered and withdrawal of any credit facility. Home Products Basketware Ltd understand and will exercise their statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998 if they are not paid according to agreed terms.
Damage or Non-Delivery
Non-delivery should be notified within 7 days of invoice date. Any damages or shortages should be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods. Deliveries will require a signature and the correct number of parcels and any damage should be noted with the signature, as we cannot trace any missing parcels if ALL have been signed for.
Title to goods
Goods supplied shall remain the property of Home Products Basketware Ltd until all sums due have been received.
Home Products Basketware Ltd reserve the right to claim any goods to the appropriate trade value (not necessarily supplied by The Company), from the debtor.
Acceptance of trading terms
No variation of the above terms is valid unless agreed in writing by a Director of Home Products Basketware Ltd.
Sale or return
We do not, in any circumstances, offer goods on a sale or return basis.
Data Protection
Customer information will be stored by the company for the purpose of supplying basketware. You can ask to be removed from our system at any time, as long as your account balance is zero. Credit information may be shared for monitoring and administration purposes.
We do not sell/ publish our customer details.
