This year is the 54th year since Home Products Basketware was founded.
In the early years, the business was run from the home and the range we offered included stoneware, kitchenware and even soft toys.
Within a few years the business outgrew the house and we awoke one day to find a planning officer walking around the house. He delivered a friendly warning that our business operation was not acceptable to be run from a private residence. We began searching the area for suitable premises and eventually The Watermill became available and we have steadily expanded the business from here. Around this time we realised that the baskets required our full attention, and we dropped the peripheral items and concentrated on the baskets.
In 2018 we Incorporated the business.
Wei Willow Products Co. Ltd.
In 2012 Yali Wei joined Home Products as a business partner. Yali had been involved with export of basketware shortly after leaving university and in 2003 she bought the land in the Linyi district of Shandong and planned the building of a beautiful new factory and Wei Willow was born! Two of her brothers, Jinsheng and Jisheng joined this new company and have overseen a considerable expansion in the years that have followed. Great quality products along with competitive prices have won them ever-increasing orders from customers in USA, Germany, UK and France. The Company has gone from strength to strength.
Yali still owns the factory and Home Products benefits from extra special service at very competitive rates from Wei Willow. We believe this is a unique situation.
