Wholesale Orders

Please email (sales@homeproductsbasketware.co.uk) or telephone (01629 822412) your order through.

We will check for stock availability and contact you with any queries or to confirm your order.

All orders are taken on a Proforma basis and payment details are shown on the proforma you will receive from us by email. We only take payment for goods available for dispatch. In the event that payment has been processed and an item is unavailable we will refund any over payment.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an Invoice by email also advising the dispatch courier, number of cartons and consignment number.

Larger orders will be delivered by Pallet. Please ensure you have advised the correct delivery address, as we will have to pass on any re-delivery charges from the pallet couriers once the consignment has left our warehouse (which will be three times the courier charge).

We use very reliable couriers but occasionally things might not run smoothly, so we ask  if when accepting and signing for the delivery to note any damages or shortages in the signature panel. Otherwise it is difficult for us to trace any missing parcels.
