United Kingdom (excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands) Deliveries:-

We aim to dispatch Confirmed orders, received by  Noon, the same day by 24 hour* courier.  Islands and Scottish Highlands is 48 hour* delivery. At particularly busy times it make take a little longer but we will keep you informed.

Nett Order Value £400 plus   =  Post & Packing Free of Charge (excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands).
Nett Order Value below £400 =  Please ask for a quotation, as it depends on the size and weight of the order eg. one carton, weighing less than 20kg incurs £14.41 nett post and packing charge.

Ireland
Delivery takes 3-4 days, subject to Customs Clearance. Please ask for a quote for carriage as this depends on the weight and size of the consignment.

We use very reliable couriers but occasionally things might not run smoothly, so we ask  if when accepting and signing for the delivery to note any damages or shortages in the signature panel. Otherwise it is difficult for us to trace any missing parcels.

Delivery Address
The customer must provide the correct delivery address before dispatch.

European and International Deliveries

Cash and Carry:-
Our Showroom is open Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.00pm, you are welcome to come and browse or just call in to collect your order. If you would like to telephone or email your order through first, we will have it waiting for you and help you load it.  Minimum Nett Order Value is £125.
Payment can be made by credit/ debit card or good old fashioned cash. As we don’t need to Pack It and Wrap It you get a nice discount too:-

£300 Nett Order Value = 10% discount
£500 Nett Order Value = 15% discount
£1000 Nett Order Value = 20% discount

Large Volume Orders
